Certification
To certify your dog as a therapy dog, we recommend that you first take the AKC's Canine Good Citizen test. This will give you a good idea of how successful your dog will be at getting certified as a therapy dog.
The two therapy dog certifying agencies that Caring Canines accepts are Therapy Dogs Incorporated and The Delta Society. Caring Canines has members that are certified to test your dog with Therapy Dogs Incorporated.
